Wood Fences

Anatomy of a Wood Fence
In Manitoba, post holes are augured to a depth of 3 to 6 ft depending on the fence. We use crushed limestone (3/4 down) to fill the holes. In the past, companies used concrete, this lead to separation between the post and concrete which in turn caused post heaving and post rot. We offer wood fences in treated wood (typically barefoot brown) or cedar. Add-ons such as gates, post caps, inlays and more can be added.

Great for all fences, give your fence a premium look with more stability. Includes hardware and wood. Other styling options available.

Double Gate
​
Available in 60" to 12ft
Great for a wide opening for equipment, mowers or vehicles. Includes hardware and wood. Different styles available.

Post Caps
No Post Cap or Cap Rail
​
Simple post top cut off, includes treating wood with sealant or top rail cap to prevent wood rot.

Routed Top
​
Provides a pyramid slope for top drainage and a nice artistic finish to your fence posts.

Chain Link Fences
​
Anatomy of a Chain Link Fence
In Manitoba, chain link fence posts are typically pounded in place using a post pounder to a depth of 3.5+ ft. There are times when the post cannot be pounded and we need to auger or hand dig the hole. Gates, privacy slats and other add-ons can be added to chain link fences. We offer chain link fences in black coating or galvanized.

The look of chain link with the feel of luxury! Provides security, functionality and cost effective. Privacy can be added with the slat add-on option

Galvanized Steel
Traditional chain link, provides security, functionality and cost effective but less privacy than wood.

Privacy Slats

Available for all chain link fences.
Great for those that want a bit more privacy out of their chain link fence. Privacy is not comparable to wood or vinyl fencing.
